Virginia started off in the role of Administration officer in 2007 before moving into her current role of Operations Manager in 2008. Her primary role is to manage the commercial activity for British Basketball as well as the Senior Men's programme logistics.

She graduated from Manchester University in 2007 having spent 3 years actively involved in the University Sports programmes.
