The impressive Omer Asik added 15 points and eight rebounds for Turkey, with Ersan Ilyasova finishing with ten points and six boards.
Yaniv Green led Israel with 17 points and six rebounds, while Lior Eliyahu was the only other Israeli in double figures with ten points.
Israel opened the scoring after 46 seconds when Ido Kozikero hit one from two foul shots, only to see Asik net a hook shot to put the Turks into a 2-1 lead.
The Turks then took control of the game, and an Omar Onan dunk saw them go 13-5 up after an 11-0 runat the 4:40 mark.
A 8-0 run, primarily from the foul line saw Israel20level the score with just over two minutes remaining of the first period, and Taj Bernstein put them ahead with a single free-throw going into the final two minutes of the period.
However, two Ender Arsian free-throws with four seconds before Gaj Mekel beat the buzzer with a lay-up to send Israel into the first break with a 16-15 lead.
The game remained tight in the opening minutes of the second period, but a 8-0 run capped by two Erkan Ilysavoka free-throws and a lay-up saw Turkey lead 30-26 at the midway stage.
Yotam Halperin broke the run with a free-throw, but Erden replied at the other end, though he missed the bonus after being foul to put Turker 32-27 ahead before an Asik basket forced a timeout from Israel.
The Turks remained in control during the final minutes of the first half, with Israel struggling to get the ball in the hoop, and they gradually built their lead and as Asik dunk put them 12 points up going into the final 20 seconds before Oguz Savas' block on Bernstein with 2.6 seconds remaining ensured that Turkey led 45-33 going into the locker room.
Turkey opened the second half with a 7-2 run to take the lead out to 17 points, and NBA star Hidayet Türkoglu scored his first basket of the night to keep them comfortably ahead at the six minute mark.
Iyas hit a trey to make it 66-48 with 90 seconds remaining before Asik jammed the ball home to maintain the lead, and Turkey went into the final break with a comfortable 68-52 lead.
Asik managed an air ball with the first shot of the fourth period, but drained the second of a pair of free-throws to open the scoring, and Savas made it a 19 point game with a long range two.
Bernstein hit a trey i n reply, but Savas converted an and-one as Limonad was called for an intentional and-one to make it 74-58.
Limonad made amends with a trey, but Turkey remained in control and led 80-61 at the midway stage of the period with Savas already on 22 points.
Kerem Tunceri drained a trey with four minutes remaining to make it a 22 point game, and effectively end any hope of a comeback from Israel, leaving both teams to run their benches as Poland wrapped up the win.
