Leedham racked up an impressive 23 points over 36 minutes to become top scorer for the tenth time in a row this season, and moving her into 11th place in the all-time NCAA Division II women's basketball history for career scoring with 2,468 points. Two other Ravens players hit double-figure points in the game, Cynthia Gaudet and Tori Ahrens scored 15 and 13 respectively.
Over in Australia another GB forward Megan Moody was in action on both Saturday and Sunday for the Dandenong Rangers who were defeated by Townsville Metcalf Fire 82-58 and BDS Logan Thunder 67-51, Moody amassed eight points over the two games.
In Europe, a career-best performance by Dan Clark for Estudiantes has been making the headlines over in Spain as he score 16 point in 24 minutes which included the winning basket in over-time against Real Madrid to secure the 82-80 victory. Estudiantes followed up the dramatic win by beating Xacobeo Blu Sens 90-66 yesterday, where Clark played 21 minutes and scored 3 points.
Joel Freeland also featured heavily as his Unicaja side lost two games in quick succession. Freeland weighed in with nine points as they went down 88-72 against Entente Orleanaise Loiret, GB and club team mate Rob Archibald also played briefly scoring two points. The second game in as many nights saw Unicaja lose 86-71 against Caja Laboral, Freeland scored 13 points, Archibald didn't appear.
