He was given good support from Alex Marcotullio who hit five three-pointers on the way to a 23 point haul, adding five assists and three boards, while Andrew Lawrence finished on 12 points.
GB were out-rebounded 43-35 by an Israel team who had five players in double figures and were led by Jacob Cohen's 23 points.
Early points from Soko and Lawrence put GB ahead, and Marcotullio's fast break off Lawrence's assist followed by a pair if free-throws from the same player gave GB a 8-4 lead after 100 seconds.
Although Israel levelled the score at eight, GB continued to set a pace, and Myles Hesson scored the final three points of the period to send them into the first break 27-20 ahead.
The second period proved to be a different story as Israel took control, outscoring GB 39-26 to take a 56-46 lead into the locker room at half-time.
The Israelis levelled the score with a 7-0 run capped by Omer Rub's three-pointer, and although Lawrence put his side 29-27 up, an and-one from Cohen gave Israel their first lead of game at 30-29 with 7:44 on the clock.
Cohen continued to cause GB problems, with his successive three-point plays putting them 37-35 up at the midway stage of the period, and although Marcotullio drained a trey to cut the deficit to 45-41 with just under three minutes left, Israel finished the half strongly to lead by ten.
Soko certainly started the second half well as he drained a trey followed by a pair of baskets to reduce the arrears to five before Marcotullio also scored from the Land of Plenty to make it a two point game with four minutes gone.
Israel's lead was still two with four third period minutes remaining when Soko took his tally to 25 with a jump shot, but with only a Hesson free-throw to show for their efforts while Israel hit ten points, it took another Marcotullio trey to cut the deficit to 79-70 at the final break.
Lawrence sliced that lead to six when he scored from downtown to open the fourth period, and an old fashioned three from Ryan Martin cut the Israel lead to 81-76 after two minutes.
Marcotullio made a three-point game as he again fired from long range as Britain went into the final five minutes of their tournament trailing 86-83, but that was as good as it got with Israel replying with an 8-0 run.
Soko hit a free-throw to end the drought, but it was too late to prevent the loss, and Britain ended a positive European campaign on a low.
