The successful individual will be responsible for the line management of the team of Regional Coordinators as well as taking a lead role within head office to ensure all programmes are planned, integrated and delivered.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated:
? Highly developed leadership abilities
? Experience of managing a team of staff
? The ability to engage partners and build strong, long term relationships
