The U20 women will be in action first this summer, with games against Greece, Hungary, Portugal, Belgium and Austria at the Division B Championships in Ohrid, Macedonia from July 6-15.
The 24 names in the squad list include Harriett Yea, Leah Dehaan and Charlotte Stoddart, all of whom were part of the senior women's campaign in January.
"This European campaign is so exciting. We have put together a fantastic preparation build-up that includes trips to Spain, Estonia and Greece before arriving in Macedonia for the championships," said head coach Sergio Lara-Bercial.
"Likewise, the number of quality girls available in every position is amazing. It is going to be very hard for the coaching staff to make some really tough decisions, but this a great place to be in."
The U20 men will be in a different part of Macedonia, Skopje, for the Division B Championships July 16-26. Their group games include ties against Norway, Finland and Poland.
With a number of last year's roster now too old for the squad only four players from the 2008 campaign return to under 20 action; Devan Bailey, Alhadji Fullah, Benjamin Mockford and Colin Sing.
"The schedule for 2009 is very competitive and includes at least two trips into Europe to play quality European opponents," said head coach Tim Lewis.
"There are some really talented younger players and key second year players on the squad list. It promises to be an exciting summer."
Head of basketball operations for British Basketball, Ron Wuotila, added: "Once again, we have a talented group of players on the squad lists and it's an encouraging sign that the future of British Basketball can be found across top colleges and clubs throughout the world.
"Sergio and Tim have done a good job of putting together competitive preparation periods, which will be vital ahead of a testing, but sure to be great, campaign."
