"On paper it"s going to be the toughest game as they have managed to keep a lot of their players from last summer which is similar to us,"€ said Clark.
"They will be very aggressive in getting to the basket but that"s the sort of team we raise our game against.
"We are trying to focus on how we perform as opposed to the score. The players weren"t happy with some aspects of how they played last night but they have to be realistic that when we create a large amount of opportunities that it"s going to be hard to maintain that intensity.
"But the fact that we were disappointed with our performance, yet two years ago against the same opposition we would have been happy to just take the win, shows how we have moved on from being the team we were then.
"The men"s and women"s programmes have demonstrated that with the right structure, that we now have, there"s talent in Great Britain."€Â
The game against Romania tips off at 7pm on Saturday at the Nottingham Wildcats Arena, a venue which will welcome back one its club players Kate Butters. Butters played ten minutes of the Bosnia game before being fouled out in the final quarter.
"Kate is one of our best spot shooters. She is committed 100% to the group and contributes to the dynamic of the group in a positive way,"€ continued Clark.
"We are trying to make her into a forward on the international scene. She has a hard job because we"re asking her to play at international level while also changing her game.
"I know the people of Nottingham have always put a lot of time and effort behind her so to see the reward will be great for them."€Â
Butters reiterated Clark"s thoughts of ensuring Britain maintain a high standard of play at all times and knows that if they are to overcome Romania this will have to start from the first quarter right through until the end of the game.
"It wasn"t our best performance against Bosnia unlike in Finland where in the second half we were really impressive,"€ said the 22-year-old.
"It all has to start from the defence but we also need to remain composed in offence. Sensible defence is what we need.
"Of course we have scouted them but at the end of the day the focus has to be on how we perform as a team and not our opponents."€Â
