The Head of Basketball Operations (HBO) reports to the Performance Director (PD) of BPB (on the implementation of performance programmes) and will provide support to the PD in achieving the goals of the World Class Programme. He/she will also report to the Chairman on the overall operation of BPB Ltd. He/she will coordinate and manage British Basketball"s senior Men"s and Women"s programmes and the Under 20 programme, as directed by the PD. In addition, the HBO will lead and manage the Performance Management Group (PMG), monitor expenditure against budget and manage the sports science and medicine programme.
