Luol Deng stepped up in the final period to lead Chris Finch's team with 28 points, seven rebounds and four assists.
Pops Mensah-Bonsu finished with 15 points and eight boards, with Nate Reinking adding 15 points and Dan Clark missing out on a double-double with 14 points. Ogo Adegboye was the fourth Brit in
double figures with ten points.
Maksym Pustozvonov led Ukraine, who fall to 1-3 in the competition, with 18 points, while Serhiy Lishchuck and Oleksiy Pecherov each had 13.
GB won the tip, but it was Ukraine who opened the scoring when Oleksiy Pecherov hit a trey, and Serhiy Lishchuk made it 5-0 before Mensah-Bonsu hit a jumper to put GB on the scoreboard.
Deng sunk a three-pointer to keep GB within two before Dan Clark hit a pair at the line to tie the game at seven.
The game remained tight and Clark's dunk of Reinking's pass tied the game at 17 heading into the final three minutes of the quarter.
A Flinder Boyd and-one put GB ahead again, but the visitors continued to hurt GB from outside and they went into the first break 27-24 up.
That lead grew to 33-26 after 103 seconds of period two as Finch called a timeout, and a Kravtsov three-pointer made it a ten point game. With three minutes gone Ogo Adegboye broke the run with a trey and Clark kept Britain in touch with four from four foul throws to make it 40-33 at the five minute mark.
Adegboye again converted from the Land of Plenty to force a Ukraine turnover with 4.28 on the clock and the lead cut to four.
Reinking also hit from downtown off an Adegboye assist before the latter scored a breakaway lay-up to put GB back in front.
That 14-0 run was ended by a Pustozvonov basket, but a Deng three kept GB in front and a slick move from Clark made it a three point game again.
Kieron Achara's attempted buzzer-beater fell short, but GB went into the locker-room 47-46 ahead.
A spin move sent Mensah-Bonsu to the line where he opened the second half scoring with a single free-throw and after Lishchuk had levelled the score Mensah-Bonsu returned to the charity stripe where he again hit one of two.
The visitors moved into a five point lead, but a three-point play from Deng made it a two point game, and Mensah-Bonsu made it 55-55 with a lay-up off Deng's assist to force a Ukraine timeout with 5:35 on the clock.
A pair of Pecherov free-throws saw Ukraine again open a four point lead, but Mensah-Bonsu halved the deficit from the line and a great Deng pass to Adegboye saw him make it 64-64 going into the final break.
Pustozvonov opened the final period scoring with a cut to the basket, and after hitting one of two at the line again, Mensah-Bonsu picked up his fourth foul with under a minute gone.
Reinking put GB back up by one after Lishchuk had fouled out, and a Boyd basket made it 69-66, though he missed the bonus.
Clark picked up his fourth foul in as many minutes as Finch called a timeout with 5:51 on the clock and GB 73-68.
The hosts were still 74-70 up with five minutes remaining, but Andriy Agafonov halved that lead.
Reinking made it a five point game going into the final three minutes to force another Ukraine turnover. But the break didn't prevent another Reinking basket as GB cranked up the pressure and Deng sunk a trey with the shot clock on one second to make it a double digit game with 90 seconds.
The GB talisman then stole the ball for a dunk to send the NIA wild, and the game was effectively over with the hosts leading 84-72 and 76 seconds remaining.
Deng ended any doubt with another three-pointer and Mensah-Bonsu converted an old fashioned three point play as GB reached the halfway stage of the competition with a perfect record.
After the game GB Head Coach, Chris Finch said: "It was really similar to all of our performances and we're in an excellent position as we're 4&0. But as I said to the guys it's important to keep it in context, we're winning the games in the last four minutes and there's not much margin for error.
"I'm really proud of the guys, they're out there giving 100 percent, playing a lot of minutes and making the big plays down the stretch. We dug deep, and the guys stepped up in the final minutes.
"Dan Clark's been hugely instrumental in our success to date, he's doesn't draw a lot of attention but he's got a great basketball IQ, he passes well, rebounds well and made huge step forward from last year. This team suits him a little better than last year, and he's seized the opportunity."
